New updated occupations list in Australia
Environmental scientists, musicians, footballers, zoologists and multimedia specialists will now be eligible to apply for Australia's permanent residency after new occupations were added to the Skilled Occupations list.
A total of 36 new occupations in demand were added to the List of Occupation that allow you to apply for a Skilled visa and migrate to Australia (Australian Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List - MLTSSL). The new list announced by the Department of Home Affairs yesterday (Monday, 11 of March) has 212 skilled occupations eligible for Skilled Independent Visa (subclass 189) program, 427 occupations for Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190), and 504 skilled occupations eligible for Skilled Regional Provisional Visa (subclass 489).
