Migration and education services

VisAustralia provides a premium, fixed price, professional service to our education and migration clients. We will work with you throughout the visa process to prepare applications of the highest standard. A well-prepared application is your greatest guarantee of moving to Australia.

It is our responsibility to assist you prepare documentation demonstrating that you satisfy the legal requirements for the visa. Our role is more than filling in forms, although we do that, but to provide you with critical strategic advice at each point in the visa process.

On entering a written Agreement with VisAustralia we will start preparing your application and provide the following services:

Review and Assessment

• Review of your case and prospects of success;
• Development of a successful visa strategy including advice in relation to courses that result in a migration outcome;
• On-going analysis of migration law in relation to your visa goals.

Preparation and making of applications

• Explanation of the documents required to make your applications;
• Provision of templates for work reference letters, professional work reports, and related documentation;
• Review and improvement of your professional documentation;
• Provision of current application forms and assistance in preparing forms;
• Preparation, review and submission of your enrolment and Student visa application;
• Preparation, review and submission of your accreditation application to the relevant professional body;
• Preparation, review and submission of your nomination application (if applicable);
• Preparation, review and submission of your Expression of Interest to the Department of Immigration;
• Preparation, review and submission of your visa application to the Department of Immigration.

Application support

• Certification of copies of original documents (if the original documents can be sighted by VisAustralia);
• Translation of your documents if required;
• Advice with respect to the English language test and referral to low cost on-line test preparation courses ;
• Advice about how and where to attend at the required medical examination;
• Advice about how and where to obtain necessary police clearance certificates; and
• Information about the benefits of being an Australian permanent resident and how to apply for citizenship.

Representation

• Ongoing support throughout each stage in the process;
• Representation of your case before the Australian authorities and provision of on-going legal advice;
• Analysis and advice in relation to requests for further documentation.

VisAustralia professional fees

Fees charged by VisAustralia depend on the kind of accreditation application, the number and kind of secondary applicants, whether a nomination application is required, and other issues such as health, police or other matters that need to be separately addressed. The fees charged by VisAustralia are determined according to the knowledge, capacity and professional time employed by VisAustralia in preparing high quality applications.

Payment schedule

Payments are linked to progress on your application, with the effective pay points being the signing of the Agreement, the lodgement of the accreditation application, course enrolment, student visa application, expression of interest, and visa applications respectively, and when the Australian Government requests final documents (medical exams and police clearances). The payments are made over a period of about 18 months as your application advances through the system.

By way of indication, it is possible to move to Australia with a work visa and a course enrolment for less than AUD$15,000.
