At VisAustralia your case is managed by a qualified migration agent or lawyer. This is qualitatively different to other migration agencies that employ local staff who may not be qualified agents.

Our migration agents and lawyers are experts in their subject material and will give you competent, friendly, professional advice on how to make a successful application and move to Australia.

If you are a VisAustralia client and have signed a Professional Agreement, and are in Australia you can always just call us on the telephone, but if you are outside of Australia in a different time zone, you may like to arrange a time to speak to us using our booking calendar that is convenient for you and within Australian office hours. The discussion will be in person in our office or by video conference.
