ABOUT CLIENT ACCESS
Client Access is an important part of the VisAustralia Assessment Service.
When you decide to have the visa assessment we will create a name and password for you that will enable you to access important information documents relating to your application. These documents describe the visa process in your particular case, confirm your eligibilty for a visa, and provide the terms and conditions including the costs of applying for the visa.
You then log into the secure area of the VisAustralia site at a time that is convenient to you to access your documents. When you have absorbed the information and are ready for the assessment interview, you contact us to arrange a time for one of our consultants to call you.
